Sarah and friends Jill & Kirhyn decided to bake a cake!!!!




First of all the 'mixing' add a splash of colour and
hey presto a purple surprise













Pop it into the oven and a
lovely heart appears

Decorate with green icing and add a little fudge

and there it is a perfect cake!!!!

Back to School

All set and ready to go. School started 25th August

Sarah is now in 6th Grade (Primary 7).

Farewell Meal

Here we are at Salt Grass (again).
A farewell meal for Mark and the last meal out for a while for Gordon & Jennifer before the diet started!!!!!!. You won't recognise us when we come back we will be a shadow of our former selves - ha ha.

Its now day 5 of the diet and both of us have lost about 4lbs. However the sight of lettuce, cheese, eggs and tomotoes makes us want to run away. No potatoes, rice or bread for 2 weeks. Will we make it to the end!!!!! watch this space.

Golf Range

Mark and Sarah enjoy the afternoon sunshine at the Golf Range. Sarah at least can hit the ball everytime unlike Jennifer who still has to hit more than the grass!!!!
