Magnificent Mustang

After completing the 1st term at school Sarah was nominated by her Science Teacher for being a dedicated, self-motivated student who takes great pride in her work. Every assignment is of the best quality, with attention to detail and excellent presentation. She was presented with her certificate at an Assembly yesterday. Each Teacher was allowed to nominate one pupil. We are very proud of her.

First things first - hire a car and make friends with Brogan. Most days so far have been spent at the shops but sunbathing weather has arrived so it will be out in the garden to top up the tan!!!!No gale force winds here.

Pine Island Halloween Party

Everyone from the street had great fun at the Halloween Party. It was a lovely warm night so costumes were worn without extra layers underneath. After some food and the street photo the kids went out trick or treating arriving home at about 9pm with their goodies. A good night was had by all.

Halloween at Saddlebrook

We have seen it all now. Sarah's horse riding school held a Halloween show on Saturday. As you can see Sarah kept the Scottish theme going by dressin up as Braveheart - horse and all. This was her first show and she got a 4th ribbon in her class.

"Tattie Holidays"

Carolyn, Billy and Kirstie arrived for 2 weeks after a long tiring journey delayed by 24 hours and no luggage!!. A quick visit to Wal Mart sorted them out till their bags arrived 2 days later. Their first week was spent entirely in the pool from morning till night, splashing around. They also visited San Antonio and NASA. When asked by Sarah's friends why they wern't at school Billy replied "Its the Tattie Holidays" - they couldn't grasp the meaning of that one!!!!
